Jeff Lee "Watson" Wickline

Jeff Lee "Watson" Wickline, aged 69, passed away on 11/28/2023 at his residence in Jackson, Ohio. He was born on April 14, 1954, in Gallipolis, Ohio, to the late Watson and Phyllis (Claar) Wickline.

He is survived by his son, Emerson Grant Wickline; his granddaughter, Madeline Bennett-Wickline; his partner of 30 years, Janet (Bowers) Wickline; her children, Michelle Brayler and Jennifer Bowers; sisters, Debbie Eisnaugle and Vickie Coyan; nieces and nephews, Jeremy Eisnaugle, Amanda Roman, Billy Coyan, and Lindsay Coyan; and his dog, Scruffy.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Stephen Emerson Wickline.

A lifelong union man, Jeff retired from Ohio Local 83 after a career in construction, building highways and bridges that connected communities across Ohio, West Virginia, and beyond.

The family expresses gratitude to Jeff's lifelong friends for their support and condolences, especially his newest friend, Ty Burtrand, who became a close companion in his final days.

Graveside services will be on Friday, December 8th, 2023, at 1PM at Fairmount Cemetery. No calling hours will be observed.
