Jennifer Lynn Spencer, age 49, of Gallipolis, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, October 2nd, 2026. She was born April 5th, 1977, in Gallipolis, Ohio to Virgil L. and Vicky (Yerian) Skaggs.
