Linda Lou Haynes-Dorman

Linda Lou Haynes-Dorman, age 77, went to be with Our Lord and Saviour Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at American House in Hendersonville, Tennessee where she had been a resident for more than two years due to failing health.

Linda was born in Hamden, Ohio, on December 9, 1948, to the late Charles W. and Virginia L (Click) Jenkins. On June 1, 1966, she married Robert L. “Bobby-Doc” Dorman and to that union were born three sons, Robert C., Brandon W., and Ryan N. She later married Gary Haynes, from London, Ohio.

Surviving are two sons, Rob (Monica) Dorman of Chillicothe, Ohio and Brandon (Sherry) Dorman of Ashland City, Tennessee; her nieces: Shawna (Barry) Davis and Denita (Mike) Rhea of Jackson, Ohio; nine grandchildren: Kyle Dorman, Logan Dorman, and Chase Owen all of Piqua, Ohio, Kasey (Dorman) Cupp of Laurelville, Ohio, Zane and Wesley Dorman of Chillicothe, Ohio, and Samantha and Nicholas Dorman of Ashland City, Tennessee; as well as seven great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her first husband, Bobby; her sister, Bari; her son, Ryan; her nephew, Jeremy Peoples; and granddaughter, Kaylee Dorman.

Linda was a member of the First Baptist Church of Chillicothe. She will be sadly missed by her family, friends, and congregation.
