Donald H. “Donnie” Britz, age 71, of Jackson, Ohio passed away Tuesday, July 20th, 2021, at Holzer of Jackson. He was born September 25th, 1949, in Springfield, Ohio to the late Robert Britz and Leora Jane (Smith) Snyder.
He is survived by his sons, Donald Christopher “Chris” Britz and Rich West (Jennifer); grandsons: Christopher Britz, Gunnar West, Jarod West, and JR West; granddaughters: Nikki West and Noni (Devin) West; 5 great-grandchildren; siblings: Sylvia Christy, Sheila McCoy, Elaine Snyder, Diane Fulton, David (Missy) Snyder, Linda Snyder, Cynthia Kay (Dave) Taylor, Myra Whatley, Scott Snyder, Brian (Tammy) Snyder, and Tracey Snyder; aunt, Sylvia Driscoll; as well as several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jane Ellen Britz.
Donnie was a Veteran of the U.S. Army serving in Vietnam. He enjoyed fishing and working on and riding motorcyles and he loved his family dearly.
