Clara Michelle “Shelley” Bailey-Sligh, age 53, of Oak Hill, Ohio passed away April 14th, 2024, after a brief battle with cancer. She was born January 2nd, 1971, in Cleveland, Ohio.

Shelley is survived by her mother, Melba Bailey; her children, Cierra Sligh and Ariel Sligh; her grandchildren, Rayland and Sophia; one sister, Sherry (Thomas) Hill; uncle, Charles Bailey; aunt, Nancy Radabaugh; and special cousin, Kevin Bailey.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents and several aunts and uncles.

Her family loved her dearly and will hope to see her again one day!
