Anthony R. “Tony” Whaley, age 72, of Jackson, Ohio passed away Sunday, November 27th, 2022, at Grant Medical Center of Columbus. He was born April 14th, 1950, in Jackson, Ohio the son of the late Estil and Nina (Dobbins) Whaley.
