Steven Allen Hamilton Sr., age 61, of Jackson, passed away Thursday, July 18, 2019 at Riverside Hospital in Columbus. He was born in Gallipolis on November 23, 1957 to the late Carl and Betty (Hall) Hamilton.

He is survived by his wife Karen (Myers) Hamilton; his sister and brother-in-law, Karen and Jim Pratt; his children, Allen Hamilton and Valerie (George) Armstrong, Wayne Barrows and Mary Kille; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren also survive.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 24, 2019 from 5-7 PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home. No funeral service will be observed. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Jackson Co.
