Lydia Marie Howes

Lydia Marie Howes was born and passed away peacefully on September 24, 2026, at Adena Regional Medical Center of Chillicothe. Lydia was the second born child of Ashley and Matthew Howes, of Oak Hill OH.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her big brother, Toby Howes; paternal grandparents, Tammy Howes (Roy Keller), of Gallipolis OH, Dewey Howes (Leigh Ann), of Point Pleasant, WV; maternal grandfather, Gilford Turley, of Gallipolis OH; aunts and uncles, Andrew Howes (Sadira Fredrick), of Gallipolis OH, Justin Howes (Camryn Klein), of Kent, OH, and Sophia Dalton of West Virginia.

Lydia is proceeded in death by maternal grandfather, Rodney Clark; maternal grandmother, Florence Turley; and uncle, Nathaniel Mayes.

Visitation will be Sunday, September 27, 2026, from 5-6 PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home in Oak Hill. Memorial service will follow at 6:00 PM with Pastor Merritt Smith officiating. Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillum.com.
