Anna Florence (Miller) Bates, age 90, a resident of Danville Centre for Health & Rehabilitation of Danville, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, September 19th, 2017. She was born September 20th, 1926.

Ann married Howard E. Bates on Easter Sunday of 1947 in Jackson, Ohio. Those left to honor her memory include her sons: Randy (Carla) Bates, Rick (Sheila) Bates, Ritchie Bates, Robbie (Annette) Bates, Ronnie (Sue) Bates all of Danville, Kentucky and Rodney (Vickie) Bates of Bettendorf, Iowa and Tommy (Sonya) Bates of Albany, Ohio; daughter, Debbie (John) Wulf of Crab Orchard, Kentucky; fourteen grandchildren; and twenty-six great-grandchildren.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, September 22nd, 2017 from 12-2pm at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill. Funeral services will immediately follow at 2pm. Burial will follow C. M. Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillumfh.com.
