Josie Opal (Vanoven) Chatt, age 72, of Vine Street in Jackson, Ohio passed away Saturday, November 5th, 2016 at Holzer of Gallipolis. She was born March 1st, 1944 in Bradford, Arkansas.

Josie is survived by her son, Charles L. Chatt; grandchildren: Nakita Cheyenne Chatt, Austin Lee Ann Baisden, and Cassandra Lee Chatt; six great-grandchildren; and dear friend, Hazel Hicks all of Jackson, Ohio.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Doyle and Mary Ethel Vanoven and her husband, John Chatt.

Josie was a retired accountant/secretary.
