Pearlie Faye Klingensmith, age 77, of Oak Hill, Ohio went home to be with the Lord on Monday, December 13th, 2021, at Four Winds of Jackson. She was born February 28th, 1944, in South Webster, Ohio to the late Burns and Nellie (Cole) Ratliff.
Pearlie is survived by her daughter, Naomi (Charles) Evans; son, Tim Klingensmith; grandchildren, Allegra Evans and Cheyenne Evans (Isac Moore); great-grandchildren, Bracyn Sexton, Brynlea Sexton, and Breah Coleman; sister, Dessie Ratliff; brothers, Edward “Boss Man” (Charlotte) Ratliff, Herman (Joyce) Ratliff, and Ray (Linda) Ratliff; as well as several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, John Ratliff.
Pearlie loved to attended church at the Old Country Church Tabernacle when she was physically able. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, December 15th, 2021, from 12-2PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill. Funeral services will immediately follow at 2PM with Pastor Bryon Carmon officiating. Burial will follow at C.M. Cemetery. Per the family’s request due to Covid concerns, masks are to be worn while in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family would like memorial donations to the funeral home to help with expenses.
