Jefferson Patrick Meacham, age 40, of Jackson, Ohio passed away unexpectedly Monday, November 21st, 2022, at the Ohio State University Hospital of Columbus. He was born January 22nd, 1982, in Houston, Texas and was adopted by Pamela and James Meacham on May 23rd, 1984.
Jeff was a graduate of Jackson High School. He especially enjoyed weightlifting at the YMCA. He was a member of the Jackson Nazarene Church.
He is survived by his mother, Pamela B. Meacham, father, James F. Meacham both of Jackson, Ohio; siblings: Bethany A. Brunsman of Lincoln, Nebraska, Genevieve R. “Geny” Hernandez of El Lago, Texas, Joel F. Meacham of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Marcus A. Meacham of Honolulu, Hawaii; along with several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Roshel L. Meacham.
No public services will be held, and a private graveside service will take place at the family’s convenience at Fairmount Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillum.com.
