Mary Belle Caldwell, age 75, of Oak Hill passed away on Saturday, April 25, 2020 at her home. Mary was born January 20, 1945 in Scioto County to the late Wes and Hazel (Evans) Jenkins.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Chester Caldwell; two stepchildren, Bonnie Gillespie and Richard Caldwell; two brothers, Danny Jenkins and Walter Jenkins; two sisters, Rosie Self and Virginia Christian.

Mary is survived by one daughter, Peggy Canter (Albert), of Oak Hill; one brother, John (Della) Jenkins, of Oak Hill; five grandchildren, Dennis (Makayla) Canter, Christopher Canter, Crystal Robinson, Arron Robinson and David Robinson; four great grandchildren, Lena Thomas-Canter, Madilyn and Landon Canter and Andrew O’Connor.

Mary loved all her family and friends along with all her animals. She leaves behind a host of family and friends to mourn her passing. She will be sadly missed by all who loved and knew her.

Private services will be held at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill with Pastor Howard officiating. Burial will follow in Hickory Grove Cemetery in Oak Hill.
