Donna Faye Smith, age 76, of Jackson, Ohio peacefully went to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 29th, 2018 at Heartland of Jackson, where she had been a resident for four years. She was born June 5th, 2018 in Oak Hill, Ohio to the late Alford and Flossie (Rawlins) Chaney.

Donna was a 1961 graduate of Oak Hill High School.

She is survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Smith; three sisters; and seven brothers.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, October 2nd, 2018 from 11AM-12PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Jackson. Funeral services will follow at 12PM at the funeral home with Jack Hughes officiating. A private family burial will be held at Greenlawn Cemetery in Chillicothe, Ohio.
