Daniel Lee Bentley, age 66, of Jackson, Ohio passed away Tuesday, October 24th, 2017 at Adena Regional Medical Center of Chillicothe. He was born September 1st, 1951 in McArthur, Ohio to the late Desley and Pluma (Smallwood) Bentley.

He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Cathy (Gillum) Bentley; daughters: Vicki Vance, Dana Ballein, and Barbie (Jerry) McKenzie; grandchildren: Christa Stamport, Robbie Ballein, Hannah Vance, and Shania McKenzie.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by grandson, Zack Vance.
