Sharon was a loving wife, mother, and mamaw.  She loved her family and God.  Her passion for flowers and rocks reflected her appreciation for God’s beauty and the simplest things, while her enchantment with hummingbirds mirrored her vibrant spirit.  She loved bible school, teaching the youth of the church.  She could make the best crafts out of almost anything.  She was a pillar of strength for her church community.  Her smile and laugh were contagious, she never met a stranger.  She taught everyone that the Lord will prop us up on our leaning side.

Visitation will be held Monday, January 8, 2024, from 4-8 PM at Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home in Oak Hill.  Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, at the Old Country Church Tabernacle in Oak Hill with Dr. Calvin Ray Evans officiating.  Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillum.com
