Paul E. Rayburn, age 77, of Jackson, Ohio passed away May 3rd, 2019. He was born July 8th, 1941 in Jackson, Ohio to the late Homer and Beatrice (Lester) Rayburn.

Paul was a graduate of Jackson High School. He was a veteran of the United States Army serving during the Vietnam War. He attended drafting school and then was employed by the USPS as a mail carrier for many years. He loved the outdoors, was a Republican, and was an honest and kind Christian man.

He is survived by his son, Jonathan Paul (Rebekah) Rayburn; grandsons, Isaac Paul Rayburn and Jacob Lee Rayburn; granddaughters, Allie Rayburn, Kayla Tiffany, and Madeline Joy Rayburn; nephew, David Rayburn; and sister-in-law, Doris Rayburn.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brothers, Norman Rayburn and Homer Lee Rayburn.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, May 11th, 2019 from 1-4PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Jackson. Funeral services will immediately follow at 4PM. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillum.com.
