Anita Hammond, age 49, of Oak Hill, Ohio passed away Tuesday, May 7th, 2019 at her residence. She was born October 1st, 1969 in Oak Hill, Ohio to the late Richard Bloomfield Sr. and Janet (Hutchison) Bloomfield.

She is survived by her spouse, Jeff Weakley; daughters, Courtney Hammond and Ashley Hammond (Garett Kerns); son/grandson, Morgan Hammond; grandchildren, Isabella Atkins and Myah Kerns; sisters, Tammy (Tom) Dyer and Kim (Randy) Christian; brothers: Dale Bloomfield, Richard Bloomfield Jr., Randy Bloomfield, and Danny (Amber) Bloomfield.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Jeff Weakley and her husband, Morgan Ray Hammond.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, May 10th, 2019 from 11-1PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill. Funeral services will immediately follow with Pastor Bryon Carmon officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillum.com.
