Patricia Willis, age 71, of South Webster, formerly of Oak Hill, passed away Monday, October 1, 2018 at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth. She was born June 26, 1947 in Gallipolis to the late Carl and Virginia “Katie” (Rawlins) Wilson.

She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Chester R. “Chet” Willis Sr., of South Webster; daughter, Cathy A. (Willis) McClaskey, of South Webster; granddaughters, Katie (Zach) Gibson, of London, Kentucky and Tiffany Scott, of Oak Hill; grandsons, C.J. and Luke Willis, of Oak Hill; great grandchildren, Mason Gibson, Tanner Gibson and K.J. French; brother, Mike (Diane) Wilson, Oak Hill; and several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Chester R. “Chopper” Willis Jr. and brother, Mike Wilson.

Pat worked at Rio Grande College as a faculty secretary. She then worked at Oak Hill Hospital as a dietary cook. Last she worked at Lucasville Penitentiary as a correctional officer until she retired.

Friends may call Friday, October 5, 2018 from 12-2 PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM with Reverend Herman Stewart officiating. Burial will follow in South Webster Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillum.com.
