Barry D. Sturgill, age 53, of Jackson, Ohio passed away Saturday, February 11th, 2017 at Four Winds of Jackson. He was born March 22nd, 1963 in Oak Hill, Ohio to the late Anson “Dick” Sturgill and Betty (Waldron) Sturgill.

He is survived by his daughter, Tish (Cody) Huff of Jackson, Ohio; siblings: Marilyn Warner of Florida, Roger (Donna) Sturgill of Jackson, Ohio, Brenda (Andy) Bernard of Columbus, Ohio, Chris (Tonya) Sturgill of Jackson, Ohio, Jeannie Keaton of Jackson, Ohio, Kim (Mike) Rivera of Jackson, Ohio, and Angie Sturgill of Jackson, Ohio; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Deanna (Kisor) Sturgill; his sister, Sherry Frater; and his brother, Mick Sturgill.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, February 16th, 2017 from 4-8pm at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Jackson. Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 17th, 2017 at 1pm with Pastor Cheryl Browning officiating. Burial will follow at Glenroy Cemetery.
