Dorothy (Perry) Lackey, age 93, of Chillicothe, Ohio passed away Tuesday, October 25th, 2016 at National Church Residences of Chillicothe. She was born September 21, 1923 in Jackson, Ohio.

She is survived by her daughters: Diane McGhee of Bainbridge, Ohio and Sheila (Bill) Reed of Bexley, Ohio; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and relatives; and special friend, Merle Garrett.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Arilla (Cruse) Perry; daughter, Marsha Trippier, and eleven brothers and sisters.

Dorothy retired from Defense Construction Supply Center “DCSC/DLA”. Originally from Jackson, Ohio, she was currently residing in Chillicothe, Ohio and had previously resided in Columbus, Ohio.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, October 29th, 2016 from 12-2pm at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Jackson followed by a funeral service that will begin at 2pm. Burial will follow at Fairmount Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillumfuneralhomes.com.
