Lila June (Orr) Hilverding, formerly of Marietta, Ohio passed from her earthly home into everlasting peace on June 29th, 2019 at the age of 86 years and 277 days.

She was the mother to five sons and three daughters: Patti Crosier of Jackson, Ohio, John (Jo-Anne) Hilverding of El Paso, Texas, Debbie Hilverding of Colorado, Mike Hilverding and Tom Hilverding both of Michigan, Beth McCabe of Marietta, Ohio, Greg Hilverding of North Carolina, and Donald Hilverding of Georgia. She had fourteen grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. She is also survived by one brother, James (Flossie) Orr of Massillon, Ohio; three sisters, Ruth Hendershot of Germantown, Ohio, Shirley (Kenny) Morrow and Sandy (Charles) Morrow all of Marietta, Ohio; as well as valued friend, Jimmy Roach.

She was a lovely lady who nurtured many in her long life. She was a selfless person, a house mother at Marietta College, and a devoted caretaker to her second family that consisted of Dr. Isidro (Debbie) Amigo and three children, formerly of Marietta, Ohio.

Her memory will remain with her loved ones always. Per her wishes, a private celebration of life will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
