Delmar Ray Woods, age 74, of Oak Hill, passed away Saturday, October 13, 2018 at his home. He was born November 9, 1943 in Oak Hill to the late Granville Woods and Delphia (McCain) Woods Woodruff.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Donald Woods, Leonard Woods and Paul Woods; and sister, Carol Perkins.

He is survived by his eight children, Anthony Woods, Jeff Woods, Stacey Blackburn, Tina McCormick, Tammy Hammond, Michelle Cattee, Casey Cattee and Charlie Woods. Also surviving are his sisters, Nancy Jones and Mary Gambill; 20 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Friends may call Friday, October 19, 2018 from 11-1 PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill. Funeral services will follow at the funeral home at 1:00 PM with Pastor Cline Rawlins officiating. Burial will follow in Gallia Baptist Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillum.com.
