Brenda Joyce Holberg, age 65, of Oak Hill, went to be with the Lord on Friday, May 1, 2020 at her home. She was born March 29, 1955 in Portsmouth to the late Eloise Kaufman.

She is survived by her fiancé, Jim Smith, of Oak Hill; her son, Lonnie Simpson (Michelle Brofford), of Oak Hill; 2 granddaughters, Dezuray Brofford, of Mississippi and Courtney Brofford, of Oak Hill; one great granddaughter, Ava Starcher, of Mississippi; three great grandsons, Skylar, Aiden and Daniel Givins, of Oak Hill; and several cousins, relatives and friends.

Brenda was a big Bingo and animal lover. She will be sadly missed by all of her family and friends.
