Kimberly Dawn Turner

Kimberly Dawn Turner, age 63, of Waterloo, Ohio passed away on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at her home with her husband by her side. She was born My 6, 1963 in Huntington, WV. She was the daughter of the late Basil and Shirley Swann, and the daughter-in-law of the late Thurman and Janet Turner.

Kim is survived by her husband of 29 years, Douglas Turner; one son, Josh (Megan) Turner; three sisters: Teressa Clark, Tammy Taylor and Debbie (Jim) Hlusko. She is also survived by her five grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, several great nieces and nephews; four great great nephews, and one aunt.

She graduated from Sims Valley High School in 1980. 16 years later she met and married the love of her life, Douglas, in August 1996. Kim was a proud farmer of the Waterloo area. She was a member of Eastern Star chapter 447 of Waterloo. She loved arts and crafts, especially primitive crafts and had a small business and sold through Etsy. She enjoyed animals, especially goats, painting ceramics, hunting, fishing, and she loved the outdoors.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, from 12-1 PM at the Rehobeth Church in Waterloo with funeral services immediately following at 1:00 at the church. Burial will follow in Rehobeth Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillum.com.
