Charles Delbert "Chuck" Russell, age 57, of Jackson passed away Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at Edgewood Manor in Lucasville, Ohio. He was born December 28, 1962 in Oak Hill, Ohio to the late Harold and Minia (White) Russell.

He is survived by his children Shyanne (Kevin) Waller and Charles “Chaz” Williams; brothers, Larry (Penny) Russell, Jim Russell and Randy Russell; sisters, Lori (Scott) Wiesman and Cora (John) Ison; and sister-in-law, Becky Russell. Also surviving are nieces, Jacquelynn Snider, Lindsey Wiesman, Hannah Wiesman, Jona Ison, Marcie Proctor and Allisha Russell; nephews, Larry Russell, Matt Rayburn and Jimmy Russell.

In addition to his parents, Chuck is preceded in death by his grandmothers, Thelma White and Nora Russell; grandfathers, Amos White and William Russell; a brother, Bill Russell; sister, Ethel Adams; nephew, Scott Russell; niece, Tonya Riley; and niece, Jamie Russell.

Chuck served in the United States Army. He was an avid Ohio State Buckeyes football fan and Cleveland Browns fan.

Memorial services will be held on Monday, February 24th, 2020 at 2PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill with Pastor Bill Zink officiating. Graveside services with military honors will follow at C.M. Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillum.com.
