With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Hope Davis on Saturday, June 21st, 2025, at the age of 71. Hope was born on July 15th, 1953, in Oak Hill, Ohio to the late Hubert “Hoover” and Dot Davis. She attended Jefferson Elementary and was a 1971 graduate of Oak Hill High School.

Hope never met a stranger, she was a caring and loving person. She liked to travel, play bingo, work in her flowers, and watch old westerns. Hope dearly loved her children, her grandchildren, her family, and her little dog, Rebecca. She was a wonderful cook who could make the best fried chicken. She was also a devoted Michigan fan. Hope retired from Kal Kan.

She is survived by her sons, Mike (Teresa) Kuhn of Centerburg, Ohio with whom she made her home, and Kelsey Kuhn Jr. of Mount Vernon, Ohio; grandchildren: Codey Kuhn (CeCe), Carley Kuhn (Cory), Michael (Summer) Kuhn, and Amanda (James) Coffey; great-grandchildren: Trevon Scurlock, Sky Kuhn, and Knox Kuhn, with two more due in September of 2025 and January of 2026; her brother, Hubert (Gean Ann) Davis, Linda Davis, Jane McCain, and JoAnne Davis.

Besides her parents, Hope was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Frazier, and sister, Nancy Davis.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, June 26th, 2025, from 10AM-12PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral home of Oak Hill with a funeral immediately after at 12PM with Pastor Dale Adkins officiating. Burial will follow at C.M. Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillum.com .
