Joseph Wagner, age 72, passed away Sunday, August 4th, 2019 at Holzer of Gallipolis. He was born August 23rd, 1946 in Upper Sandusky, Ohio to the late John and Peggy (Heinz) Wagner.

He is survived by a host of brothers and sisters and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Beverly Harper.

Joseph was Veteran of the United States Marine Corp and attended Union Baptist Church.
