Burl “Fred” Rollins, age 76, of Jackson, Ohio passed away Tuesday, February 5th, 2019 at his home. He was born November 30th, 1942 in Clendenin, West Virginia to the late Burl and Bessie (Campbell) Rollins.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Sharlene Rollins; son, Patrick Wayne Rollins; daughters, Lisa Kay Rollins and Angela Marie Rollins; son-in-laws, Mark Metters and Todd Hanks; sisters, Imojean Tinsley and Gay Waddle; brother, Vaughn (Ruth) Rollins; grandchildren: Heather Marie Rollins, Cierra (Chase) Carroll, Mark Alan Metters, Amanda Summers, and Christopher Rollins; great-grandchildren: Alyssa Rollins, Haylee Rollins, Anthony Meginnis, Alana Johnson, Rue Stafford, Colton Carroll, Calli Carroll, and Aiden Rollins; nephew, Dale (Vicki) Clark; daughter-in-law, Stephanie Rollins.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Fredrick James Rollins; and grandson, Timothy Lee Rollins; sisters, Opal Allman and Lexie Higginbotham.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, February 8th, 2019 from 6pm-8pm at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Jackson. Per his wishes, there will be no funeral service held. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillum.com.
