Jay Lynn Osborne, age 66, of Oak Hill, passed away January 4, 2018 after an extended illness at Heartland of Jackson. He was born January 25, 1951 in Oak Hill to the late Euel and Irene (Hall) Osborne.

In addition to his parents, Jay is preceded in death by his wife Sandy Osborne.

He is survived by his daughter, Bobbi McCain (Chris Trimble); grandson, Dalton McCain; brothers, Teddy Osborne and Tim Osborne and sister, Diana (Everett) Sharp, all of Oak Hill. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Friends may call Saturday, January 6, 2018 from 5-8 PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, January 7, 2018 at the funeral home with Pastor Rondall Walker officiating. Burial will follow in Hill Cemetery.
