Kay Smith, age 73, of Oak Hill, Ohio passed away Monday, March 14th, 2022, at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth. She was born July 29th, 1948, in Portsmouth, Ohio to the late David and Mary (Shelton) Smith.

She is survived by her sister, Sue (David) Keppler of Beaver, Ohio; nieces, Sarah (Shane) Williams of Waverly, Ohio and Amy (Brandon) Brigner of Beaver, Ohio; nephew, Brian Keppler of Des Moines, Iowa; great niece, Karleeigh; and great-nephews, Zain and Brayden.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Jim Smith and Larry Smith.
