Jean (Clay) Tatro, age 97, of California, formerly of Jackson, Ohio passed away late Saturday, April 9, 2022, at Country Villa of Claremont, California. She was born July 7, 1925, in Ashland, Kentucky to the late Maston and Nancy (Caudill) Clay.
