Jacqueline Brammer Spriggs, age 75, passed away January 3, 2021 after a brief battle with cancer. Jacqueline was born on September 22, 1945 in Portsmouth, Ohio to James C. and Virginia Rasp Brammer. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, John R. Spriggs, Jr.
