Virginia Irene Miller, went home to be with the Lord March 9, 2020 from a brief illness. She was born in Logan West Virginia to Ira E. Saunders and Ada Lorena (Smith) Saunders.

The last of her siblings, she was preceded in death by her parents, thirteen brothers and sisters, her husband, Henry Miller, and daughter-in-law, Leisa Miller.

She is survived by her son, Bruce Miller, of Oak Hill; daughter, Trena Miller, of Jackson; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She loved working in the yard, talking to people about God and she loved church and singing. She will be missed by family and friends and church family.

Friends may call Thursday, March 12, 2020 from 12-1 p.m. at the Jackson Apostolic Church. Funeral services will immediately follow at 1:00 p.m. with Brother Richard Clarke officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens in Coalton. Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillum.com.
