Helen “Janie” Jane (Pierce) Leach, age 52, of Oak Hill, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at Adena Medical Center in Chillicothe. She was born November 24, 1965 in Gallipolis to the late Leo and Helen Pierce.

She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Christopher “Scott” Leach, of Oak Hill; children, Abigail Leach-Snelling, of Mt. Vernon, Ohio and Hanna (Josh) Kelley, of Jackson; grandchildren, Rowan Leach and Kaitlynn Snelling and several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

She was a graduate of Oak Hill High School and Buckeye Hills Nursing Program. She was a nurse for 22 years and was a member of the McArthur Church of Christ.

Friends may call Monday, May 7, 2018 from 4-8 PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Jackson. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at the funeral home with Pastor Larry Boggs officiating. Burial will follow in Franklin Valley Cemetery.
