Barbara Jean (Travis) Drew Bandy, age 78 died at Adena Medical Center in Chillicothe Ohio on Friday, October 20, 2017. She was born on May 7, 1939 in Ashland, KY to the late Leroy and Edna (Waller) Travis.

Barbara is survived by her daughter, Diana Blevins, of Jackson; two sons, Michael (Beverly) Drew, of Williamston, North Carolina and Todd Bandy, of Lebanon, Tennessee; three brothers, Jim (Donna) Travis, of Port Charlotte, FL, Bill (Sharon) Travis, of Millercreek, NC and Alvin Travis, of Chillicothe; and one sister, Elizabeth “Libby” Spires, of Jackson.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her two sons, Kenneth Drew and Charles Drew; two sisters, Betty Music and Linda Travis; three brothers, Leroy, John and Thomas Travis and two brothers-in-law, Frank Music and Larry Spires.

She will be missed by her brothers, sisters, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. The family would like to give special thanks to the staff at Pleasant Hill Care Center in Piketon and Adena Medical Center for their excellent care.

Friends may call Sunday, October 22, 2017 from 4-8 PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Jackson. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Monday, October 23, 2017 at the funeral home with Pastor Burley Muncy officiating. Burial will follow at C.M. Cemetery in Oak Hill.
