Gregory D. Mills, age 63, of Oak Hill, Ohio passed away on Friday, June 2, 2017 at the Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus. He was born August 18, 1953 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina to the late Oran Dale and Narcissus (Wilson) Mills.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Susan A. Mills.

He is survived by his wife, Jessie Mills, of Oak Hill; sons, Derrick Mills and Brandon Mills and several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Greg retired from the Ohio Department of Natural Resources in 2015. He also worked previously for the Shawnee State Park. He was a former board president of the Jackson YMCA and an active member there as well. He attended the Trinity Chapel Church of Christ In Christian Union.

Friends may call Tuesday, June 6, 2017 from 4-8 PM at the Trinity Chapel Church, on state route 93, just south of Jackson. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at the church with Pastor Knox Bullock officiating. Burial will follow in Fairmount Cemetery.
