Ruby Annette (Fulk) Woods-McGuire, age 72, of Oak Hill passed away November 8, 2019 after a brief illness. She was born December 22, 1946, in Oak Hill to the late Carl Robert and Mildred Pauline (Craft) Fulk. She was a former employee of both the mushroom plant and plastic plant in Jackson. She was a homemaker, loving wife, mother, aunt and sister. She loved to travel with family, quilting and spending time with family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth David Woods, whom she married on September 2, 1961; her sons, Bob and Scott; siblings, John, Wendell, Roger, Mickey, Tommy and infant sister, Roberta Pauline.

She is survived by her sons, Kenny and John, of Oak Hill; husband, Donnie McGuire, of Oak Hill; brother, Arnold (Linda) Fulk, of Cecil, Ohio; sister, Brenda (Lewis) Belcher, of Oak Hill; step daughters, Rhonda Boggs, of Oak Hill, Dawn Rice, of Maryland and Cassandra Perkins, of Morehead, Kentucky; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; special sister-in-law, Joy Belle Fulk, of Wheelersburg; close friends, Cindy Ramsey and Mallie Roark, of Oak Hill, as well as several nieces, nephews and her beloved dog, Robbie.

Friends may call Tuesday, November 12, 2019 from 4-8 PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at the funeral home with Pastor Randy Hughes officiating. Burial will follow in Monroe Cemetery.
