William Blake Hedrick, 31, of Jackson Ohio passed away Sunday December 29th. William was born on September 13, 1993 (Gallipolis, Ohio). He was a Graduate of Vinton County High School, class of 2012, and a journeyman carpenter. He was the son of David and Anne Hedrick.
William was a devoted partner, father, son and brother, who made no secret of the love he had for his family and friends; William was a beautiful soul with a personality to match, there was never a room that was without laughter in his presence. He loved relaxing rides on his Harley Davidson motorcycle and spending time and creating memories with his family and friends. Most of all William loved being a father to his three boys.
William was preceded in death by his loving grandmother, Brenda Hedrick; his grandfather and grandmother, Leonard Newfrey Betro and Aliza G Ballard; as well as by his uncle, Leonard (Peanut) Newfrey Betro Jr.
William is survived by His father and mother, David and Anne Hedrick (Charleston, West Virginia); his Life partner, Jenna Ewing; and sons, Kaysen, Stetson and Ledger Hedrick (Jackson, Ohio); his grandfather, Larry Hedrick Sr (Wilkesville, Ohio); siblings, Savannha, TJ (Jessie) and Shelby Hedrick (Charleston, West Virginia); as well as countless cousins, nieces and nephews. He is also survived by special friends and family, Larry and Krista Hedrick, Lester Hedrick, Alisha Hedrick, Patsy (Johnny) Johnson, Bobby jo Betro, Jake, Kyla and Frankie Taylor, Tyler Dodrill, Shaun Amerine, and Cody Fout
May William rest in peace, Free from the pain of this world and spend the rest of his eternal life with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Services to honor William are scheduled at The Lewis Gillum Funeral Home of Jackson, Ohio. Viewing hours will be held Thursday, January 2nd from 4:00pm to 8:00pm and funeral services will be Friday, January 3rd at 12:00pm. Services will be Officiated by Tim Mullins of Pomeroy First Baptist Church. William will be laid to rest at Curry Cemetery on Covered Bridge Road in Vinton, Ohio.
