Vicky F. Kiser, age 74, of Oak Hill passed sway Sunday, December 3, 2022, at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. She was born November 12, 1948, in Portsmouth Ohio to the late James Hughes and Faye (Neff) Hughes Ciders.
She is survived by her son, Michael Kiser, of Oak Hill; grandchildren, Rylan Kiser, Meggan Wallace Delong, Thomas Wallace and Trevor Wallace; siblings, Cheryl Jane (Jim) Morgan, of Tennessee, Sandy Gatewood, of Gallipolis, Paul (Linda) Ciders, of Ocala, Florida, and Chris Stumbo, of Oak Hill. Also surviving are three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Shelly Kiser Wallace, her stepfather, who was “Dad” to her, Lou Ciders.
Vicky graduated from Oak Hill High School in 1966. She spent the later part of her years working at Bob Evans in Jackson, where everyone knew her well.
A celebration of her life will be held Thursday, December 8, 2022, at the Liberty Theatre in Oak Hill from 6-8 PM. At her request, she will be cremated. Arrangements are under the direction of the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill. Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillum.com.
