Peggy Sue McKee, age 60, of Willow Wood Ohio passed away Saturday November 7, 2020 at Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky. She was born January 16, 1960 in Ironton, Ohio to the late Ray Arthur Hennen and Mary Lou (Sargent) Hennen.
She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Richard McKee, of Willow Wood; daughter, Jennifer (Bobby) Johnson, of Oak Hill; grandchildren, Austin and Jenna Johnson; and several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings, Johnny Ray Hennen Jr., and Teddy Lee Hennen.
Peggy graduated from Southwestern High School in 1978. She married Richard who she knew since grade school in 1978 and then had their only child, Jennifer. Peggy was a member of the Elm Street Church of the Nazarene in Ironton.
Friends may call Thursday, November 12, 2020 from 11-1 at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill. A funeral service will immediately follow at 1:00 PM with Pastor Ryan McKee officiating. A private burial will follow later in Moriah Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to help with expenses.
