Melinda Howell, age 64, of Oak Hill, Ohio passed away Tuesday, March 14th, 2023, at Holzer of Jackson. She was born June 24th, 1958, in Gallipolis, Ohio to the late Oscar and Mary (Cassidy) Fisher.

She was a 1976 graduate of Oak Hill High School. She was a hard worker, always laughing a

nd smiling. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Melinda is survived by her husband, John Howell Jr.; daughter, Angie (Scotty) Kerns; grandchildren:Jordan Bush (Brooklynn) and Mason Bush; great-grandchild on the way; sister, Sue (Dennis) Fulk; brother, Jimmy (Kathy) Fisher; as well as several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, March 16th, 2023, from 12-2PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill. Funeral services will immediately follow at 2PM with burial after at C.M. Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillum.com.
