Kathleen Marie Duran, age 69, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 1st, 2022, at her home. She was born October 26th, 1952.
Kathleen was the first female fire captain for the Morongo Valley Fire Department, from which she retired.
She is survived by her husband, Bert Duran; children: Amanda Duran, Aaron McCarter (Deanne M. Donovan), and Michael (Denise) Napoli; siblings: Eddie Allen, George Lukens, Holly Lukens, Brenda Lukens, Tammy Lukens, and Todd Lukens.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Carol Louise (Barbour) Allen; father, George Arthur Lukens; and stepfather, Edward Harmon Allen.
The family will greet guests from 12:30-1:30PM on Sunday, August 21st, 2022, at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Jackson.
