Donna L. (Evans) Henry Lock, age 87, of Oak Hill, Ohio passed away Friday, April 1st, 2022, at Holzer of Jackson. She was born September 18th, 1934, to the late Harvey and Nannie Evans of Blackfork, Ohio.
She is survived by her three children: Brenda (David) Maynard, Vickie McKenzie, and Dale (Rose) Henry all of Oak Hill, Ohio; grandchildren: Brian Maynard, Shawn Blanton, and Tim McKenzie all of Oak Hill, Ohio, Stacy (Mike) Sharp and Amy (Chris) Lucas of Wellston, Ohio, and Jordan Henry of South Carolina; great-grandchildren: Zach and Riley Maynard, Kaley Smith, Timmy Lucas, and Bella Sharp; as well as good friend, Viola Boggs.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Henry and second husband, Lindell Lock; brothers, George, Dick, and Bud Evans; sisters, Jessie Grube, Margaret French, Nora Jaynes, and Rachel Johnson; and grandson, Brandon Henry.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, April 5th, 2022, from 12-2PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill. Funeral services will follow at 2PM with Pastor Bill Zink officiating. Burial to follow at C.M. Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillum.com.
