Carolyn Goforth, age 58, of Jackson, passed away on Monday, March 29, 2021 at her home with her sisters by her side. She was born March 15, 1963 in Gallipolis, OH to the late John and Glenna Whealdon.
She is survived by her brother, her sisters and lots of nieces and nephews. Carolyn was a Christian and attended the Freedom Baptist Church in Jackson. She was an LPN for many years working at several nursing homes in the Columbus area.
At her request her body was cremated. No public services will be observed. There will be a private memorial service at the family’s discretion at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Jackson. Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillum.com.
