Brenda Joyce Harter, age 62, of Jackson, Ohio passed away Friday, February 7th, 2020 at Holzer of Jackson. She was born October 16th, 1957 in Portsmouth, Ohio to the late George and Jacqueline (Stout) Watters.

She is survived by her husband, Roger Harter; three sons: Roger Eugene Harter II, Jeremy Alan Harter, and Nathan Daniel (Chelsea) Harter; six grandchildren: Andrew Woltz, Riley Harter, Brooklyn Harter, Kayden Newman, Bailee and Karlee Harter; sister, Bea Watters; brothers-in-law, Donald Harter and Ronald (Tammy) Harter; sisters-in-law, Barbara (Bill) Sheritt and Regina (Clarence) Ewing; as well as several nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Lawrence Watters.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, February 10th, 2020 from 1-3PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Jackson.
