Allie Ilene Booth, age 86, of Columbus, Ohio and formerly of Jackson, Ohio passed away Thursday, September 22nd, 2016 at Scioto Retirement Community in Columbus, Ohio. She was born June 18th, 1930 in Jackson, Ohio to the late Arvel and May (Boggs) Grover.

Allie was a 30-year employee of the Shake Shoppe in Jackson. She was also a former member of Jackson First Church of the Nazarene and attended the Grove City First Church of the Nazarene.

She is survived by three sons: Jay Booth Jr., John Booth (Barbara), and Mike (Betty) Booth; one daughter, Brenda Edwards; three sisters: Kathline Morganstern, Wanda Hawk, and Carol (Richard) Phipps; one brother, James Grover; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews, and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jay Booth; her son, Robert Booth; a grandson, Brian Booth; and two sisters: Geraldine Stansberry and Joann Stone.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, September 26th, 2016 from 11-1pm at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Jackson. Funeral services will immediately follow at 1pm under the direction of Rev.
