Tommy Ray Orender, age 76, passed away peacefully on March 30th, 2024, at his home. He was born February 21st, 1948, in Kona, Kentucky to the late Carl and Amy Orender.

Tommy was a 1967 graduate of Jackson High School. He was a U.S. Army Veteran serving during Vietnam and a former IBEW electrician. Tommy was also a very crafty man. He enjoyed restoring old cars and riding his Harley with his friends and family. He leaves us all his wisdom to share with generations to come.

He is survived by his loving wife, Diane (Skeens) Orender; his children, Shalina (Bill) Davis and Shad (Cindy) Orender; grandchildren: Kale (Brittany) Orender, Tawny Orender, Chase Orender, Kaycee Davis (Cody), Korlon (Alyssa) Davis, and Carson Orender; sister, Ronna Coy; brother-in-law, Hugh (Judy) Leach; aunt, Betty Bowling; sister-in-law, LaDean Orender; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings: Bobby, Jimmy, Johnny, and Charles Orender, and Elizabeth Campbell.

Graveside services with military honors will be held on Wednesday, April 3rd, 2024, at Buckeye Church Cemetery at 11AM with Rev. Jon Hensler officiating. Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillum.com .
