Tobie Ann Davis

Tobie Ann Davis, age 73, passed away August 29th, 2026, at her home in Deltona, Florida, She was born January 28th, 1953, in Oak Hill, Ohio to the late Alvin Mac Robbins and Maxine Robbins of Jackson, Ohio.

Tobie was a graduate of Jackson High School, Rio Grande College, and Old Dominion University. She loved being a mother and grandmother as well as being a special needs teacher for 20 yrs. She was also a proud Navy wife.

She is survived by her husband, David A. Davis; her children, Bryan Cantrell, Evan R. Davis, and Emily Wintemberg; grandchildren: Hailey Davis, Evan M. Davis, Jacob Davis, Luke Wintemberg, and Lily Wintemberg; and brothers and sisters: Rebecca Blystone, John Robbins, Nancy Jolly, Mark Robbins, and Sarah Deaterla.

The family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude's in-lieu of flowers.
