With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Stephen Isaac Rayburn, 50, of Patriot, Ohio, on July 5, 2025. A beloved father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend, Stephen’s absence leaves a space no words can ever truly fill.
Stephen was the kind of man whose love ran deep—quiet but steady, fierce and unconditional. He lived for his family and gave everything he had to make sure his children felt protected, supported, and deeply loved. His laughter could light up a room, and his presence made you feel safe, even in the darkest times.
He is survived by his children: Natassia Coe, Stephenee Burchett, Mary Rayburn, and Stephen Rayburn Jr.; his stepchildren whom he cherished as his own: Bryanna Miller, Madison Miller, and Haylee Miller; and his grandchildren who brought him endless joy: Aria Coe and Liam Coe.
Stephen also leaves behind his loving mother, Barbara Rayburn, and his sisters, Kelly Rayburn and Cristie Plott.
To his family, Stephen was more than just a father or a son—he was a rock, a protector, and a quiet hero. His life was built on love, sacrifice, and the kind of loyalty that never wavered. The lessons he passed on will live in the hearts of his children and grandchildren forever.
He will be missed every day—his voice, his hugs, his stories—but most of all, the way he made each person feel truly seen and loved.
A private ceremony will be held at a later date. Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillum.com
